- Toujours un rétinoïde topique[1]: efficace pour l'acné comédonienne et inflammatoire.
- Effet peeling (diminution de la kératinisation folliculaire)
- Plus ou moins irritant! -> appliquer le soir
- Substances: trétinoïne, adapalène, tazarotène
- Treatment of comedonal and inflammatory acne includes topical retinoids, benzoyl peroxide, and topical antibiotics; because of increased antibiotic resistance, topical antibiotics should not be used as monotherapy.[2]
