Traitement
- Aspégic 500 mg iv en charge aux urgences, puis Aspirine cardio 100 mg po 1x/j
- Brilique (ticagrelor) 180 mg po en charge aux urgences, puis Brilique 90 mg po 2x/j
- Arixtra (fondaparinux) 2,5 mg ss-cut 1x/j pour 8 jours au maximum[1]
