- Pression artérielle pulmonaire (PAPm) au repos ≥ 25 mmHg mesurée par cathéterisme cardiaque droit.

En pratique
- Evaluation initiale par échocardiographie transthoracique pour estimation de la PAPm et évaluation de la fonction biventriculaire
- Si indication à un cathétérisme droit, test de provocation permet d'évaluer la réponse à un anticalcique
